How to Make a Paper Ghost Halloween Decoration
Materials you will need:
- Cardstock or Paper for Printing
- A Coloring Medium
- Glue Stick
- Scissors
- String
- Hole Punch
- Ghost Decoration Template (members will need to login to access the template)

Let’s make a Paper Ghost!
Step 1: Color in the Ghost Halloween Decoration Template.
Use a favorite coloring medium to color in the template.
Kids can use a variety of coloring mediums such as crayons, markers, colored pencils, and watercolors to creatively fill in the ghosty elements.
Try highlighting some of the white areas with a shade of blue.
Step 2: Carefully cut out all the ghost elements.
Step 3: Glue the candy onto the ghost decoration.
Affix the candy to little dotted squares on the ghost.
Step 4: Fold the paper strips.
Use the black lines on the paper strips for guidance and fold in a zig-zag formation.
Step 5: Glue the letters to spell BOO.
Attach the letters to one end of each strip.
Step 6: Glue the BOO lettering to the ghost decoration.
Affix the strips to the bottom of the ghost in a BOO formation.
The letters should dangle below the ghost decoration.
Step 7: Add the hanging string to complete the craft.
Add a hanging hole to the top of the ghost and thread a piece of string and to create a loop.
And in just a few simple steps, the paper Halloween ghost decoration is complete and ready for a hauntingly good time!
