How to Make a Frankenstein Paper Hand Puppet
Materials you will need:
- Paper or Heavy Weighted Paper (Cardstock)
- A Favorite Coloring Medium
- Glue Stick
- Scissors
- Frankenstein Printable Hand Puppet Template \(members will need to login to access the template)

Let’s Make a Hand Puppet!
Step 1. Color in the Printable Hand Puppet Template
Use a favorite coloring medium to color in the template.
Kids can use a variety of coloring mediums such as crayons, markers, colored pencils, and watercolors to creatively fill in the Frankenstein elements.
Step 2: Cut out Frankenstein’s head and paper strips.
Step 3: Fold along Frankenstein’s hairlines & along the middle dotted line.
The hair lines can be identified by their thick black lines.
To make enhance the folds, run a finger along the folds.
Step 4: Turn the puppet over and glue the strips.
Make sure the strips are arched and are sized to suit your Arty Crafty Kids hand.
Glue a strip on each side of the fold.
The Frankenstein Hand Puppet is Complete!
Now slip a hand into the hand strips and play, opening and closing Frankenstein’s mind!
