Watch the Step-by-Step to see how Owl Coloring Craft is made:
Let’s Make an Owl!
Step 1: Use a favorite coloring medium to color in the owl template.
Preschoolers and young children may prefer to use crayons and coloring pencil, while older children may enjoy a challenge of pastels or watercolor pens.
Step 2: Carefully cut out the owl elements from the template.
Younger children may find the area around the owl’s eyes a little tricky to cut out and may need a helping hand!
Step 3: Pair the wings.
Glue wings A & B together.
And wings C & D together.
Step 4: Gently fold the flaps on the wings and glue the wings onto the owl’s body.
Matching the correct pair of wings to their appropriate placement on the owl.
Step 5: Glue the owl’s feet onto the body.
The feet should be glued either side of the egg.
The owl coloring craft is complete!
The wings should now open and close to reveal a snugly hidden egg.
