Watch the Step-by-Step Tutorial for how to Color and Make the Bear Card for Valentine’s Day
Let’s Make the Card!
Step 1: Color in the bear card elements with a favorite medium
This is a great opportunity to have a play with different mediums and practice blending techniques.
The cards can be colored in ordinary crayons or coloring pencils.
If your Arty Crafty Kids fancy trying something different; watercolor pen brushes are great fun to try. Soft pencil pastels will also work beautifully with the design.
Color in the bears and circular base.
Step 2: Cut out the colored base and bears, and fold the circle in half
Cut out all the elements to begin assembling the coloring Valentine’s Day card.
Fold the circle in half with the design side visible – this will ensure the circle is folded correctly.
The log should form the center fold.
Step 3: Glue the bears along the fold of the mountainous base
Step 4: Unfold the card and write a special greeting
The bear card is ready to rock!
